Return Policy

The following information is related to items which need to be returned and/or exchanged, we cannot add or remove any item to an order that has already been placed. Once the order is placed we are unable to change any aspect of the order, I.E. – size, style, color. 

PLEASE NOTE that if you order the wrong size and we fulfill your order correctly we can’t later take an exchange or a refund/return of the goods, sales are final In that scenario. 

Intimate/lingerie, Promotional, Discounted or sale items can’t be returned or restocked in that case all sales are final. 

Our return policy doesn’t cover buyer’s remorse so we won’t be able to issue you a refund for the order.
